Following from my final pitch I have decided to use one page for my magazine's contents page instead of using two pages. The reason for my decision is because I wanted the page to be more simple and clear as to the aspects it displays. Although not as many pictures will be able to fit on the contents page this will allow me to make these limited images more effective in terms of the effects and connotations it will portray to the target audience when presented on the page, where this would have a more positive effect overall. Below is an example of my thoughts for my magazine contents page:
Welcome to my A2 Media Blog, where I have Researched, Planned and Produced a regional magazine, along with ancillary's, including a webpage and billboard advertisement. My blog displays the progress I have made throughout my production, and allows you to see how my ideas developed over the project, with logs also used to display my thought process between tasks. All this aided in me completing my final products to the best of my ability.

This is an update where I have chosen a name for my brand of products. 'Extra-Time' will be my brand name. I chose this because it is linked with my theme of football and is recognisable/memorable to the audience because of being associated with football. Extra-Time also implies that there is 'extra' content and information in my products that is exclusive, which will hopefully be a USP (unique selling point) that persuades customers/consumers to buy/use my products. I have yet to decide on a font to use for my masthead (brand name) as I am taking my time to decide what is best for the audience I aim my products at, and what represents my brand the best. During the making of my products is when I will be able to experiment and decide on the best font for my brand, to suit the conventions and link with the theme I want to portray.
